Court Appointed Investigators

Our paralegal will draft the motion and order for your court appointed investigator. It will be forwarded for your review. Once approved we will file the motion and forward the filed copy along with the order to the court for its approval. Once we receive the approval we will meet with you and your client whether it is at your office, our office, or at the detention facility and interview client for follow-up information. We will review all evidence against the client and provide feedback on defense measures. We will provide statements of any additional witnesses, interview current witnesses named on any affidavit provided by Law Enforcement to see if their statement has changed.

In addition, we will canvas the area where the alleged crime occurred for any surveillance cameras, neighbors/witnesses that were not contacted or interviewed by Law Enforcement that might be favorable for the client. We will prepare, issue, and serve subpoena for witnesses, records, surveillance video, and deliver them so they can either appear or provide the evidence needed for defense of your client

Investigators will also testify on client's behalf of the client to any evidence, statements obtained during their investigation.
